An Oxford-based school seeks an experienced Academic Director for its EFL courses. The job will include controlling the quality of courses, being responsible for the professional development of tutors, and generally administrating the teaching/learning in the school.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Academic Manager, to join Oxford Royale Academy for Spring/Summer 2008. The position would be based in Oxford University, and is for a minimum of 4 months.

The candidate will hold a minimum first degree and have a background in educational management.

Start: Immediate
Hours: 35 per week (negotiable)
Salary: negotiable
Contract: minimum 4 months
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1st Degree (2.1 preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in an Educational Management position.
[- Delta Qualification could be waived if there is a strong enough background in management.]

Compensation:
Salary: negotiable; will depend on the experience and credentials of the candidate.

Hours: Approximately 0900 to 1700 daily.

Contract: Potential to stay with the company after the summer, in a 12 months position (PT or FT).

Benefits: Accommodation and Meals available in the University if required. Excursions to UK destinations run 3 times per week.
