After 30 days we don’t offer refunds as a matter of policy, except in exceptional circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights. If something you bought is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t work as it should, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights that are not limited to 30 days. Tell us and we’ll put it right.
