About the role:
· Course material: Reading Explorer
· Complete scheduled classes by following the provided lesson material and teaching guide
· Available class sizes: 1v1; group lessons
· Class length: 60 minutes including a 10-minute paid break, total 70 minutes per class; twice a week for one student.
· Student age group: young learners aged 6-12
Work schedule:
The below times are all in Beijing Time (GMT+8):
Availability within the times shown below would be required
· Mon- Fri: Between 6 pm-9 pm
· Sat- Sun: Between 8:30 am-11 am; 2 pm-9 pm
Applicants must be able to commit to teaching at least 4 full reading classes per week during prime learning hours. Each reading class consists of a 60-minute lesson plus a 10-minute paid break, for a total scheduled time of 70 minutes per class. Classes are conducted twice weekly with the same students.
For example, teachers should be able to consistently open the same recurring time slot — such as 6:00 PM–7:10 PM — twice weekly for the same student.
When does the position start?
As summer learning demand grows, we’ll open more courses to meet our students’ needs. The peak teaching period starts from late June to September. We are looking for teachers who can start teaching immediately.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Must be a holder of TEFL/TESOL/CELTA OR a valid State/provincial teaching license (required)
Requirements:
• Wired, high-speed, and stable internet connection, a functional computer, and a headset (required)
• Punctual, responsible, strong communication skills, and a positive, easy-going personality
• Demonstrated respect for family values, cultural differences, and parent expectations
• Previous teaching experience in a K–12 or ESL setting preferred
• Teachers must successfully demonstrate effective ESL reading instruction skills during the training process in order to be assigned to this specific reading course, otherwise they will be assigned to other courses.
