We are embarking on an exciting new project in the capital of Sudan: a state-of-the-art language school, encompassing the best elements of language schools from all over the world. Where this school would be different from other language schools in the country is that not only will our English teachers be native speakers, but they will also have qualified with an accredited ESOL/EFL course provider.

We are seeking TEFL qualified teachers with a Bachelor's degree, minimum 2:2, to come to Khartoum with us and teach at our school from late-August-early September 2006. The contract is for 40 weeks with the option of renewal should the teacher excel at the school.

These teachers would receive a very competitive package, including BUPA healthcare, inoculations, paid accommodation (if willing to share; partially subsidised if seeking private accommodation)and a $1000 monthly salary. Return airfare and a $1000 bonus will be paid upon completion of contract.

This school is seeking to offer British English tuition, and as a result, our brief is, primarily, to recruit British EFL teachers. The school will be given a quintessentially British atmosphere, and teachers are expected to provide a taste of Britain in Khartoum. At the moment, due to the mix of teachers we currently have, we are predominantly seeking younger, female teachers, but applications from male teachers will be considered.
