Senior Corporate Account Trainer

These positions require motivated, professional corporate trainers who possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to work pro-actively in a demanding environment.

The duties of a Senior Corporate Accounts Trainer include:

• Maintaining academic standards in accordance with EF CLT policy.
• Providing support and guidance for trainers.
• Inducting new trainers and explaining all CLT reports and systems.
• Facilitating the recruitment of new trainers.
• Management of resources (human and material).
• Cooperating effectively with staff and customers to ensure constructive communication at all levels.
• Carrying out scheduling requirements.
• Assisting the Academic Manager with the development and marketing of courses.
• Working with corporate clients and EF CLT accounts executives to create training solutions.
• Teaching a certain number of classes both in center and off-site.
• Administering tests, exams and assessments.

Qualifications

Candidates must:

• Have at least 2 years English language teaching experience (preferably in a corporate training environment).
• Have an internationally recognized TEFL certificate, which includes a minimum of 6 hours observed practice; such as Trinity Cert. TESOL or CELTA.
• Have a university degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Be a native speaker of English.

Full Time / Part Time Corporate Trainers

In addition to this, EF Corporate Language Training is looking for both full time and part time corporate trainers to join our expanding team at various locations throughout China. Successful candidates will be dynamic, flexible and a have a professional outlook towards both their teaching and ongoing personal development.

We offer very competitive contracts for trainers that meet out requirements. You must be a native speaker; you must have teaching qualifications (a CELTA or equivalent as minimum) and at least one years’ experience in EFL, preferably in a corporate environment.
