NOTE: Centers are located throughout China; your city assignment will be discussed if an offer is extended. Centers are located in over 10 cities including: Beijing; Wuhan; Tianjin; Hangzhou; Guangzhou; Suzhou; Shanghai; Chengdu; Nanjing; Ningbo
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• 24 months of post-bachelor’s teaching experience with students/children in an educational, recreational, or camp setting. Within this experience, a minimum of 12 months of consecutive employment is required.
• A passion for educating children
• Ability to command the attention of large groups of children in an engaging manner
• English language fluency including but not limited to: proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, and proper use of adjectives and adverbs
• Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm
• Energetic, enthusiastic approach to delivering content to learners
• Ability to relocate to China for a 12 to 15 month contract
Compensation/Benefits Highlights
• 10-11,000 RMB monthly salary
• 420 RMB monthly travel allowance
• 7000 RMB training bonus
• 3,000–4,350 RMB monthly housing allowance
