This is a well-designed course and very good value for money. The lessons were varied and always enjoyable and engaging. By the end of the course, I felt as if I had learned more than enough to take on my first class. I would definitely recommend it.

I took the TEFL level 3 certificate after completing my Bachelors degree. It felt like taking a leap of faith into a new challenge but I am very grateful for choosing the TEFL Academy. I feel like I have learned a lot about teaching English, especially things I would not have necessarily considered previously. This was a great course that lasted about 6 months. Lots of practical based tasks that help you determine your understanding; many things such as end of topic tests to full assignments. I found the assignments to be wonderful practice and did enjoy doing them.

One of my favorite things about this course is that it’s self-paced and you can work on it at any time that works for you. I found the course content interesting and I learned a lot of new things about the English language. There were also videos from TEFL teachers which I found engaging and fun! More than anything, I appreciated that this course challenged me. It made it more worthwhile and satisfying when I completed the course successfully!

I am very satisfied with the Level 5 course. After making the payment, I could immediately start learning, which was great. The structure of the units is very well thought out and covers a lot of material. In fact, the course covers much more than I initially expected. Everything is easy to understand, and you can learn at your own pace. Whenever I needed tutor support, they were always very helpful and kind, and their responses were always quick. The course includes images and videos that break up the lessons and help you become more familiar with the content.

Overall a good place, no complaints that is why I gave 10/10. The staff were also really helpful and friendly, quick to assist and always helpful in their responses. I would recommend the TEFL Academy to anyone thinking of doing TEFL.

The structure of the course it is designed in to follow a logical order. It is a lot of material compressed in 10 Units however the way it is presented it helps you understand it. The interactive materials really helped me to remember the concepts presented. The assessments are very engaging. The 10 hours teacher practice is really fun and helpful as you can see in real life the most important parts presented in the online course. It’s really helpful as it is giving you the chance to practice yourself.

The TEFL course I took was level 5 without the internship. I felt TEFL Academy had a really solid program. I walked away feeling well equipped as a young person to begin my TEFL adventure. The graders had high expectations for the assignments, which I really appreciated. Anytime I sent an email requesting support or had a question about a misunderstanding, I always received a response within 24-72 hours. This was worth the money!

When I started the level 3 online course in March 2024, I did not expect much and I was rather concerned about the amount of time I had to complete the course. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised by how well put together the course was and the time frame given was more than enough. The account dashboard is extremely simply to navigate and user-friendly. 10 out of 10!

Having chosen the TEFL Academy for a certified course has proved to be a great decision. As a tutor already and working in the education sector for 9 years already, I wanted to add this qualification and to my CV, as I am considering an additional part time role alongside my current role.

I was impressed with the resources, I made a lot of progress quite quickly, I slowed down a bit as the exercises needed to be completed. First one I passed first time, the second one I passed second time. I did find some of the instructions a bit ambiguous/lacking clarity on the second exercise. (Maybe I am being picky?) or perhaps I was overthinking it.
I did reach out for support and I was contacted very quickly indeed, I decided to see what I could do before arranging a call, after persevering I realised I didn’t need the support in the end, but it was nice to know that support is available. Thankyou TEFL academy.

I thoroughly enjoyed their quizzes and assignments as it gave me a solid grasp of what the day to day would look like as a TEFL teacher.

The TTA level 3 (120 hours) was really accessible no matter where I was traveling and what time zone I was in. There where times I was reviewing my corse work on my phone ass well. The tutors gave quick and very thought out feedback to any of my questions as well as assignments making me feel like they really care for every one of their students.

I completed the Level 5 TEFL Course through TTA, and it was a wonderful experience. The information in the course was presented in a colourful and interactive way. It was easy to understand and the assignments were well-rounded and covered all the relevant content from the course.

As a first time learner, the teaching material was very comprehensive. My learning experience was very interesting, I started the journey from a point where I was clueless but at the end I was equipped with vast knowledge on teaching practice.

I signed up for the course in January and had 6 months to complete it. The 10 units were in methodical order and easy to follow. Lots of support, explanations and guidance was provided. There was lots of additional resources available to explore leaving it up to the learner how much additional work they would like to engage in, but the course provided all those opportunities. The examined units and assessments were challenging but excellent guidance was provided and I learnt a lot by engaging in the planning process of lesson plans, resources and also researching and understanding why these are the best practices to use. Marking and feedback from each assignment was returned with 2-3 days each time and feedback was it great detail and individualised to me given me sound advice and support for the next assignment. I needed to contact admin once or twice, they were thorough and responded quickly.
Overall, an excellent experience and one I would recommend to others.

I have really enjoyed working throught the course materials in my own time, and having a variety of activities kept my attention engaged such as videos, interactive discussion boards, and quizzes. The course covered everything you need to know to teach English for a wide range of class types and skill levels. I was able to go at my own pace whilst feeling supported through a wide range of resources.

I feel that the course provided me with a solid background and prepared me well for what is hopefully to come. I can now take that knowledge and look for online or face-to-face jobs, teach young students or adults. And I know where to look for inspiration to make my courses fun and engaging. I found the whole process of booking and working through this course really user-friendly. The three assignments took time but really assessed the skills taught.
