Job description

Terakki Foundation Schools in Istanbul are welcoming applications for the 2026-2027 school year from English teachers who can positively contribute to our students’ language learning journeys.

A leader in education since 1877, Terakki Foundation has a well-established tradition of excellence in education across both of its K12 Istanbul campuses.

The school is an IB Primary Years Programme School and offers the IB Diploma Programme as an elective.

The Foreign Languages Department is accredited by Eaquals - a recognition of excellence in language teaching at the international level.

Requirements

Necessary qualifications and experience:
Candidates should: 

have an undergraduate degree,
hold CELTA or TESOL or the equivalent,
have at least two years of relevant experience,
be used to working and learning in a collaborative environment where strong communication skills are essential.
