Job description

Join our professional English training centers and help young learners (ages 3–12) develop their English skills in a supportive, engaging environment. All lesson materials are provided, and you’ll receive training and ongoing support from our experienced academic team.

Key Responsibilities




  • Deliver high-quality English lessons using provided materials




  • Create a fun, interactive learning atmosphere




  • Track student progress and maintain regular communication with parents




  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff




Schedule




  • 5 working days per week



  • Days off: Monday & Tuesday

Salary and benefits


17,600 – 26,600 RMB/month (based on qualifications and experience)

Housing allowance: 3,000 – 5,000 RMB/month

Performance and attendance bonuses

Contract renewal bonus

Legal ‘Z’ work visa sponsorship

Annual salary review

12 national holidays + 5 paid personal days

Pre-job training and continuous professional development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher

TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours)

Comfortable teaching young learners (ages 3–12)

Available to work weekends
