Urgent hiring-ESL teachers needed for reading and speaking lessons

This online teaching position is for the company's online English teaching branch Blingabc which is dedicated to continually evolving to meet the dynamic needs of our students and teachers. About the role:

We are launching new courses and urgently need teachers who are ready to teach for summer courses.

· Deliver online English lessons with various topics including speaking, reading, drama, speech, English culture, phonics, and STEM

· Complete scheduled classes by following the provided lesson material and teaching guide

· Available class sizes: 1v1, 1v2, and group classes (6-8 students)

· Class length: 30 and 70 minutes (including a 10-minute break)

· Student age group: young learners aged 6-12

· Work schedule: be able to commit to at least 4 hours a week within the prime learning hours. A fixed weekly schedule is required.

· Earn $17-$22 per hour through a competitive base rate plus a structured bonus system, depending on qualifications and experience.

· Extra referral bonuses when referring qualified teachers

· Paid training sessions to help teachers get ready for their first class. Ongoing training available to improve teaching skills

· Lively teaching community and supportive management team

· Various class sizes and courses are available for teachers to teach

· All lesson plans and teaching materials are provided

· Possible pay raise upon contract renewal

· Teacher workshops are available to elevate teaching skills

· Flexible schedules with stable students

· Wired, high-speed, and stable internet connection, a working computer, and headsets (required)

· Punctual, responsible, good communication skills and easy-going personality

· A demonstrated respect for the values, cultural differences, and expectations of parents

· Teaching experience in K-12 or ESL setting is preferred

Work schedule:

The below times are all in Beijing Time (GMT+8):
Availability within the times shown below would be required

· Mon- Fri: Between 6 pm-9 pm

· Sat- Sun: Between 8:30 am-11 am; 2 pm-9 pm

Candidates need to be able to commit to at least 4 hours a week within the prime learning hours. A fixed weekly schedule is required.
