About the RoleAs a Lingora Tutor, you’ll play a key role in supporting adult learners, helping them build confidence and fluency in English for both professional and personal development. Our students rely on you not just for language instruction, but for encouragement and connection.We offer appointment-based video classes, and we’re currently hiring tutors who are available to teach weekday mornings/evenings (Korean Standard Time) and weekends.

- Able to build meaningful relationships with learners and tailor their approach to student needs
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging one-on-one video lessons
- Use creative teaching methods to promote conversation and language confidence
- Support and motivate students throughout their learning journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- TEFL Level 5 Certification (168 hours or equivalent)
- Preferred: 2+ years of teaching experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and strategies

- Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible schedule, based on your availability)
- Location: Remote (work from anywhere in CA, US, UK, NZ, AU, or IR)
Earnings & Incentives
- Earn up to $34.5 USD per hour—or even more!
- Base rate: $12–17 per hour
- Plus performance incentives: up to $17/hr extra—or more
- Extra incentives available:
- Appointment lessons incentive: +$1.50/hr
- Video class incentive: +$2/hr
- Enrollee incentive: +$2 per enrollee
