Job description
Teachers work alongside Korean co-teachers to deliver engaging lessons focused on speaking, listening, pronunciation, and communicative skills. This is a structured, stable position with strong government backing, making it one of the most reputable ESL opportunities in Asia.
No prior classroom experience is required. Orientation and training are provided before placement.
Salary and benefits
- Free furnished housing or housing allowance
- Paid vacation: approx. 26 working days + Korean national holidays
- Entrance allowances (flight support)

- Standard Monday–Friday schedule (no evenings or weekends)
- Paid orientation and ongoing in-country support
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Be eligible for an E-2 teaching visa
- Be a citizen of an approved English-speaking country
- Have completed education primarily in English
- Possess a clean national criminal background check
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Commit to a 12-month contract
- A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certification is required
