Job description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Middle School Department to join our A-Level international program in Chongqing, China. The successful candidate will lead the middle school academic team, oversee curriculum development, and ensure high-quality teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the middle school academic department

  • Develop and implement curriculum aligned with A-Level standards

  • Supervise and mentor teaching staff

  • Monitor student progress and academic performance

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team on school development


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Education or related field

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in international schools

  • A-Level curriculum experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Native English speaker

Salary and benefits

35,000 - 40,000 RMB per month

Requirements
