We are currently looking for a Course Coordinator for our online system. The position is fully remote, and has a start date of 6th July.

If you are based in Italy, you would be working on a temporary contract, which could eventually become permanent. If based outside Italy, you would be working on a freelance contract.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will report to the English Connect Director and Senior Course Coordinator and will ensure the planning of the teaching calendar for the online learning center, Connect, and all related back-office activities in collaboration with the teaching department.

The calendar is highly dynamic, bi-weekly, and requires a comprehensive approach that takes into account organizational needs and the needs of the client, optimizing the use of internal resources and ensuring student satisfaction.

DESIRED PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

- Development and continuous updates of the class schedule, activities, and checkpoints.
- Online student class booking
- Liaising with our consultants at MyES locations to improve the service offered to our online students
- Managing connection issues to Zoom/other platforms
- Back-office activities related to the role

Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Fully Remote
Grade: Fixed-term contract for 6 months / Freelance contract

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

- High school diploma or university degree
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Drive
- At least one year of experience in a booking and organization role

Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail, along with strong communication, teamwork skills and excellent time management, complete the profile.
