Job description

We are currently recruiting for the role of Didactic Recruitment and Training Support. The position is fully remote.

If you are based in Italy, you would be working on a temporary contract, which could eventually become permanent. If based outside Italy, you would be working on a freelance contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support in recruitment of teachers for the MyES network and Connect Service
2. Support in recruitment of DoSes for the MyES network
3. Support in ongoing didactic training for the MyES network
4. Organisation of DipTESOL candidates

ACTIVITIES

- Publishing advertisements for DoS and teacher roles
- Screening candidates for DoS and teacher roles
- First interviews and feedback for new Directors of Studies
- Screening and Interviews for Connect teachers
- Supporting and researching new teacher and DoS recruitment projects
- Interviews for teacher recruitment projects
- Candidate support for teacher recruitment projects
- Communicating with our recruitment partners about new teachers
- DipTESOL candidate Q+A interviews
- Support in candidate management for DipTESOL projects: booking observed lessons; organising input sessions in Florence
- Support in network training sessions for teachers (method/products)
- Help in creating training materials
- Support in Connect observations

Requirements

Required qualifications:

- CELTA/TEFL/TESOL or equivalent
- University degree
- Higher EFL qualification preferred
- Consolidated experience in communicative teaching, recruitment and training

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

- Ability to teach English as a foreign language
- Ability to use in-house IT programs
- Use of Excel/Google Suite
- Interview skills
- Use of Zoom as training tool
