• Deliver engaging, level‑appropriate lessons aligned with the client’s goals

Salary and benefits

Compensation: Pay starting from $11.00 to $15.00 USD depending on experience and ability
Requirements
~ Native level English speaker (North America, Europe, South Africa)
~ University/College Degree
~ Quiet area to work
~ Windows-based or Mac computer with at least 2 GB of RAM
~ Hard wired High-Speed internet service with Ethernet cable *(no Wi-Fi)*
~ Internet speed of at least 20mbps*
~ Proficiency with computers and internet
~ Cellular phone (only needed for emergency backup and the Carrot Global App.)
~ Headset with a microphone
~ Webcam
~ Consistent availability during our peak demand times
~ Teaching experience and TESOL certification (preferred but not required)
