Job description

• Teach 1-on-1 (or small group) online English lessons to Chinese
students via Tencent Meeting.
• We teach adults and teenagers — choose your specialty:
– Adult: Speaking, Business & workplace English, Interview English,
Travel & everyday communication
– Young learners: Speech & debate, Cambridge KET/PET preparation,
Vocabulary-building
– Or teach what you're best at — your own specialty is welcome.
• Customized teaching: every course is built around the learner's level
and goals (no fixed script).
• Set a flexible schedule that fits your timezone (most students book
evenings and weekends, Beijing time).
• You keep 100% of your rate — zero commission, no fees.

Salary and benefits

• $11-15 USD per 50min, based on experience
and qualifications.
• Zero commission — you keep 100% of the rate you charge. No platform
cut, no fees of any kind (most platforms take 15–33%).
• Set your own rate — we agree on it together before you start.
• A rate that grows — the longer you stay and the more consistently you
teach, the higher your pay; every tier is still 100% yours.
• Holiday bonuses — extra pay on major Chinese holidays.
• 100% flexible schedule — you decide when and how much you teach.
• Work from home / anywhere, via Tencent Meeting.
• Payment via Payoneer or Wise.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English speaker (international teachers welcome).
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree, or solid teaching experience.
• 1+ year online teaching experience preferred.
• Reliable internet, a quiet teaching space, and a computer with webcam
and headset.
• Able to teach during Beijing time (UTC+8) evenings / weekends.
• Friendly, patient, and interested in a long-term partnership
(our ethos: "still waters, deep currents").
