Job description

Are you a native level English speaker looking for an international experience, a new adventure or a meaningful way to spend a few weeks abroad?

Join British Camp!

We are looking for native level English speakers to become part of our international camp community in Ukraine, Poland, Spain and the UK.

You’ll spend your time with children and teenagers aged 7–17, speaking English, joining daily activities, playing games, taking part in sports and excursions — and simply being part of camp life.

We welcome people from different backgrounds who are energetic, responsible and enjoy communicating with young people.

PAID & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

Depending on the location, season and role, opportunities may include paid seasonal positions and volunteer placements.

Requirements

18+ years old
Native or near-native level of English (C1–C2)
Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills
Previous experience working with children or teenagers is preferred
Teaching, tutoring, camp or childcare experience is an advantage
Responsible, energetic and friendly attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of an international team
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in an active camp environment and participating in activities with campers
Willingness to follow British Camp safeguarding, child protection and camp policies
Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. TEFL, CELTA, TESOL) are an advantage but not always required
Availability for at least one full camp session during summer 2027
Clean criminal record/background check and required health documentation
