Job description
- Maintain and develop the local English language training program
- Deliver in-person instructor-led language trainings in English
- Learner management and communication for your training groups
- Design and use different training methods for online and in-person trainings
- Organisation and monitoring of the registration process for English language courses
- Work very close with other (language) trainers and colleagues responsible for other training topics to improve training programs and quality
- Translation of training documents

Requirements
Business fluency in German (C1) and English (C2 or native)
Proactive, independent work style with assertiveness and self-confidence
Highly organised and structured with experience creating training materials
Experience in a training organisation is advantageous
Open-minded and willing to work in an international, fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and ready to grow beyond your comfort zone
