About the Role:
We are looking for native English speakers to join a well-established chain training school in Yangzhou, China. This role focuses on teaching young learners aged 4 to 15 in small group or one-on-one settings.
- Class schedule: Wednesdays to Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays off
- Teaching hours: 12–20 hours per week (no office hours)
- Peak period: Winter and summer holidays — full teaching days for about 30–40 days per year (higher earnings)
Salary and benefits
- Paid leave: 20–25 days per year
- Free 2-week paid training + free Chinese lessons
- Flight allowance: 5,000 RMB per year (paid upon contract completion)
- Visa fee reimbursement: 4,000 RMB
- Comprehensive commercial medical insurance
- Airport pickup and work visa provided
This position offers a healthy work-life balance with no office hours and generous holiday time, while still providing the opportunity to earn more during peak seasons
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
