Homeroom Kindergarten Teacher, Nantong, Jiangsu, Aug 2026


 Nantong, Jiangsu Province (Approx. 1.5 hours from Shanghai)


 About the School


This position is with a well-established private kindergarten in Nantong.
The school has clear teaching routines, strong classroom support, and experience working with foreign teachers.


About the Class




  • Students aged 3–6 years old

  • 20–25 students per class

  • You will not manage the class alone

  • Full-time Chinese co-teacher and classroom nanny (ayi) provided

  • Focus on English immersion, classroom routines, and child development, not exam-oriented teaching

Working Schedule




  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Lunch break included

  • No weekend work

  • Chinese public holidays + school holidays

Salary and benefits

Salary & Benefits
* 20,000 – 24,000 RMB/month (after tax)
* Legal Z-visa & work permit sponsored by the school
* Support with visa documents, onboarding, and settling in
* Additional benefits provided (details shared during interview)

Requirements

Requirements
This role is best suited for experienced kindergarten teachers.
* Native English speaker
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / PGCE certification
* Previous teaching experience with children aged 2–6
* Comfortable working in a structured kindergarten environment
