Job description



Language Link Vietnam is seeking Full-time ESL teachers to join our Schools Link Programme for the 2026-2027 academic year.

*** This position offers stable daytime hours, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and no weekend classes. ***

Start Date:

  • Academic induction: Mid August 2026

  • Teaching: Early September 2026


Teaching Location: Primary and Secondary public schools in Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ESL lessons to primary or secondary students using the provided syllabus.

  • Create and facilitate interactive, engaging classroom activities.

  • Administer and grade mid-term and final assessments.

  • Attend mandatory monthly training workshops and meetings.

  • Participate in annual parent-teacher meetings.

  • Maintain consistent communication with the programme team.


Salary and benefits

- Competitive hourly teaching rate of up to 650,000 VND GROSS (based on experience, qualifications, and location) + travel allowance for distant campuses

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (in any subject).
CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or an equivalent teaching certificate (teaching practicum preferred).
- At least 6 months of classroom ESL teaching experience with young learners or teens.
- Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency (CEFR Level C2).
- Clean Police Background Certificate.
- Able to commit until 31 May 2026.
- Provide two referees for contact.
