Job description
- Lessons are to be carefully and effectively planned in line with the curriculum, scheme of work and standards.
- Cultural aspects: Lesson planning should consider local customs and religion to ensure teaching is culturally sensitive.
- Lessons aim increase students’ understanding of life in the UK, including current issues and culture in culturally appropriate manner.
- Effective use of resources, by integrating appropriate resources and technology into
- Supervision of students (children/young people) before class and during break times.
- Plan and deliver 24-30 hours teaching a week.
- Teaching students aged 5 and above.
- Work within the BLC quality policies and procedures.
