【Job Responsibility】



  • Teach engaging conversational English lessons through our state-of-the-art interactive online platform.

  • Deliver lessons according to our well-structured lesson plans to ensure effective learning outcomes.

  • Utilize a variety of innovative oral teaching methods and address student inquiries based on individual needs.

  • Conduct 25-or-50-minute, highly interactive online sessions that captivate and motivate students.

  • Collaborate with our curriculum design team to continuously enhance teaching materials and improve learning results.

Salary and benefits

Flexible Hours: Choose from 10 am to 11 pm Beijing time (GMT+8).

Performance Reviews: Enjoy an increase in hourly rate based on performance evaluations every 6 months.

Location: Work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Start Date: Immediate availability

Requirements

Native level English speaker or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Valid teaching certification.
Prior experience in teaching preferred.
Outgoing, actively engaging and motivating students.
Communication skills and sense of responsibility.
Desktop or laptop with a fast internet connection and audio & video capability.
Genuine love for online teaching.
