Here’s some more info about the activity:

Aim To practise adverbs of frequency and reinforce the present simple tense.
Activity Students ask and answer questions and complete a chart.
Organisation Pair work
Preparation Make enough copies of chart A for half the students in your class and enough copies of chart B for the other half.
What do I do?
  1. Put students into pairs.
  2. Give chart A to one student in each pair and chart B to the other.
  3. Students answer the questions for themselves, completing the YOU column.
  4. Students ask the same questions to their partner, completing the PARTNER column.

wear jeans?
eat chocolate?
go to the cinema?
take a taxi?
listen to classical music?
play football

wear hats?
drink coffee?
go to school/work by car?
take a bus?
watch TV?
read a newspaper?
