Details

Stenden University Bali will open the English Language Course (ELC) starting on February 22, 2010.

Total course length will be 14 weeks (240 study hours including self study). The classes will be taught by native English speaking teachers.

The English Language Course at Stenden University Bali is designed to provide the students with the required English language capabilities that will enable them to undertake Bachelor and Master degree programs at Stenden University and other universities and colleges worldwide.

In this course, students will be trained and instructed in the four essential skills of English communication: speaking, listening, reading and writing in order to bring them to a minimum level of 6.0 IELTS English proficiency using a combination of lectures, workshops and self study support.

Presentation skills and IELTS test training will also be taught during this 14 weeks course.

The official IELTS examination will be held at IALF (Indonesia Australia Language Foundation) language center in Bali.

The admission requirements for the ELC are:
> Academic : High School graduation diploma
> Language : Academic IELTS 5.0

If they don't have the proof of a IELTS 5.0 level, the student must undertake a placement test.

The enrollment deadline for ELC is January 30, 2010. The application fee is USD 100 and the tuition fee is USD 2350 including the IELTS examination fee and the course materials.
