Teach With The Best As the largest employer of foreign teachers in Harbin, we have teachers finishing and starting contracts all year round. Please indicate your available start date in your application. Benefits Package - 24 hours/week = 5500-7000 RMB/month. - Accommodation: Choice of private furnished apartment or on-site hotel-style room with private ensuite bath. (Limited number of on-site rooms.) - Free Meals: Lunch and dinner is served at each of our branches. You may choose to eat there as often as you like. - US$1,000 one-year contract end bonus. - Multiple-entry work visa. - 2.5 weeks unpaid holidays. (Contract renewal bonus of 2-weeks paid holidays.) - Free Mandarin lessons. (Harbin has China`s most standard Mandarin.) These lessons include an introduction to how to get started, a home study course and weekly classes each week with our Chinese teachers. - Airport pick-up. - Our own drivers drive you to and from any classes that are not at your nearest branch. (Our 3 branches are 15-20 minutes apart). - Flexibility: Some our teachers have requested reduced hours or additional time off during China`s summer and winter school holiday periods. This can often be arranged with advance notice or even included in a contract. If you have special requests, let us know. - Senior Teacher Benefits Program. All teachers can qualify as Senior Teachers. When you qualify you will spend some time on admin duties. You will receive additional benefits and you may choose either a bigger monthly bonus or less teaching hours. Senior Teachers play a large role in improving school systems and making Sunshine a better place to work. (More infomation will be included with our reply to your application.) - On top of our basic package, we offer those interested, opportunities to earn more income through additional classes or developing business projects.
