CELTA

A 4-week intensive course leading to the Cambridge ESOL Celta, the most widely-recognised intitial certificate in English Language Teaching (ELT).

The course is designed for people who are new to ELT or those with limited experience. It is a highly practical course, centred on teaching practice, where trainees teach real students for 2 hours every morning. Afternoon sessions focus on practical teaching methodology, language awareness and an understanding of student needs.

The CELTA is a challenging but highly rewarding course which equips the novice teacher with the subject knowledge they need to begin a career in an exciting field which offers opportunities to travel and to meet people from all over the world.
