Job description
All staff must maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This includes reporting concerns about adult or student behaviour to the safeguarding lead. For example, sexual harassment or low-level concerns about adult behaviour.
We seek excellent staff. They must be motivated to nurture tomorrow's leaders through a weekly, project-based curriculum. It includes classroom lessons, trips, and a Friday presentation to showcase the learning. An interest in developing and growing as a professional is essential.
Our summer school runs for 11 weeks (16/06/25 - 30/08/25), Monday to Friday. The Saturday trip is optional.

1. Outstanding qualified English language teachers: £672.42/week, incl. holiday pay.
2. Brilliant Assistant Director of Studies: j£728,45/week, incl. holiday pay
3. Future English teachers (AccessTEFL): £560.35/week, incl. holiday pay.
Note: We do not use a traditional textbook. We design and use curricula focused on project-based learning and critical thinking.
There is a minimum of 40 hours per week. This includes 15 hours of English lessons in the morning, leadership course, the Friday presentation, afternoon trips, teacher admin, lesson planning, and continuous professional development.
