Job description

We are currently looking for a Didactic Quality Supervisor for our school in La Spezia, Italy, to start in October 2025.

ROLE:

The Didactic Quality Supervisor is responsible for the following in our MyES Point:

1. Teaching in school and online activities
2. Lesson observations and structured feedback
3. Initial Teacher Training
4. Ongoing Teacher Training
5. Didactic Drop Ins and Level Tests
6. Social Media Content Creation

Didactic Quality Supervisors with My English School are required to have flexible availability in mornings and evenings during the week, including Saturday mornings. Our Didactic Quality Supervisors usually teach between 15-20 hours. 5 hours weekly are dedicated to didactic and administrative tasks 2 to 6 above.

We provide full initial training and ongoing professional development, with observations, feedback and training sessions.

Requirements

** You must have permission to work in the EU or a valid work permit for employment in the EU. **

• CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent.
• A degree or evidence of further study is preferred.
• At least one year of experience, including online teaching.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Time management
