Qualified English Teachers Needed for the next semester (2020 February – 2020 May)

We are now hiring new applicants

Who would like to experience living and teaching Istanbul as a whole?

ELA is a private education company founded in 2018. We provide Foreign English teachers to our State Schools. We are working with more than 80 Partner Schools all over Istanbul. Currently, we have 39 foreign teachers from different countries. We are rapidly growing and we need more new teachers for the next academic year starting in February.

We have many programs: kindergartens, public schools, training centers, private students & online classes.

Salary and benefits

3500-4500 TL per month (tax-free) + accommodation (or 500 TL rent support in a month)

Health insurance

Regular work schedule (one day off)

Teaching materials Free Teacher Training (2 weeks in summer, 3 days in winter)

Orientation/Training throughout the year


Bachelor's degree or higher with a graduation date of at least 24 months.

Internationally recognized ESL certificate such as CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, etc.

Teaching experience of at least two years.

Has positive attitude towards students and willingness to engage all the processes teaching.

Possesses good communication skills.

Ability to create Lesson Plans.

Classroom management skills.

Ability to create revision sheets weekly.
