Job description

Wuchang Primary School was established in 1920, one of the most prestigious public schools in Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province of China. It’s famous for the excellence of academic performance of its students. It now has about 2900 students and 120 academic staff.

Responsibilities -
• Lesson plan, regular teaching according to school curriculum
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and teachers’ academic conferences
• Attend activities for students and teachers

• Location: Wuhan, Hubei province, China
• One academic year, starting as soon as possible
• Student age: 6 - 11 years
• Mon-Fri, weekends off, 9-11am, 2:50-3:50pm, work three hours per workday, no office hours

Salary and benefits

RMB16,000 salary monthly inclusive of accommodation.

Maximum RMB15,000 ticket allowance upon the contract fulfillment

RMB3000 housing rent allowance monthly (100% cover)

Provide free of charge breakfast and lunch during work days

70 days full paid vacation per academic year—this is made of 30 days winter vacation, 30 day summer vacation and public holiday

Working permit, accident insurance, settle down assistance


Bachelor or above degree

Previous experiences preferred

TEFL certificate required

Native English speaker preferred, or hold degree from native English speaking countries
