Job description

French International School of Saint-Etienne (EFI) is looking for an English teacher for 2019-2020 academic year. The post is for regular education, not a language school or ESL teaching only.

We are a recently open private bilingual school which is located in a picturesque area of Saint-Etienne, a city in eastern central France. The school offers a bilingual French and English language curriculum.

Salary and benefits

• Monthly net salary EUR 1300-2000
• Yearly contract with possibilities of extending
• 4 day working week
• Paid school holidays
• Medical and social insurance
• Small class sizes (max 16 students)


• Native or perfectly bilingual English speaker
• EU passport or work visa is preferable
• TEFL/ DELTA/CELTA/TESL teaching certificate or teacher's license
