Job description

Contract period: 1st September 2019 – 31st July 2020

• Class size: 40 – 50 students per class
• Weekly working hours: no more than 33 hours (teaching hours + office hours)
• Weekly working period: 5 days a week, two days off during the week
• Weekly lessons: no more than 25 classes with the duration of 40 mins per class
• Provided curriculum

Job Duties / Responsibilities -
• Teach Oral English at Primary school (mainly grade 1 to 2), Secondary School (about 6 classes) and English Training Centre (kindergarten level)
• Use the same curriculum at both schools and the English training centre
• Teach students on Summer and Winter holidays (add up to about one month), from Monday to Saturday
• Teach Oral English at the English training centre on weekends, there are no evening classes

Salary and benefits

Salary: 20,000 – 21,000 RMB every month, depending on qualification and teaching experience.

Requirements

• Native English speakers from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland
• Age between 22 – 48 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (at least 120 hours)
• Two years of teaching experience is preferred
• A valid passport
• Non-criminal background check
