Job title

Online English Teacher

Job description

Earn over $2000USD a month from teaching fun online English classes to Latino adults or children. This means at least 40 hours of shifts per week, but you get tons of breaks in between.

You can choose to work as little as 16 hours a month up to as much as 48 hours a week. Classes are available 24/7. There is huge flexibility in dropping and picking up shifts as well. The busiest times are all day weekends and evening hours (ET) during the weekdays so you’ll find this is also a great complement to teaching online for Asian companies.

In contrast to some other online teaching platforms, you don’t need to build a reputation to get students; you are assigned classes right off the bat. Also, you do not need to spend extra time preparing as the teaching materials are provided by the company, and it’s all very intuitive to use. You are still paid if students don’t show up and the 24/7 support from this company and its fellow teachers is incredible.

On top of all these perks, I think the best part about this job is having the opportunity to meet amazing students from across Latin America. I personally don’t like teaching children online, so I only teach adults with this company, but I heard the junior learners are awesome as well. The adult students are a delight to talk to, and to be honest, this job has a been a big boost to my mental health during this pandemic.
