Hello Everyone, Micro Language is hiring!

Very flexible work hours and competitive rates. We are looking for teachers, ESL instructors and university graduates to teach English to Chinese students online from the comfort of their own home. Our ideal team member is enthusiastic, self-motivated, tech savvy, and loves working with kids and adults alike.

• Teach English and inspire our students via our interactive online teaching platform
• Be able to teach 1 on 1, 1 on 3 or large group class (training and support provided at all times) (Classes are either 25 mins or 45 mins long)
• Teach students from age 5 to 18 years old
• Must make some time available to teach on weekends

Salary and benefits

• $16 - 22 per hour (DOE)
• Incentive and bonuses
• Trainers and support staff ready to assist at all times
• Flexible schedule with no minimum or maximum hours


Should have a great command of the English language and be able to present it fluently to our students. Be able to not only teach but motivate and entertain them.

MUST have either one of these certificates: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA.

Degrees are not required but preferred. (if you are chosen as group teacher you must have a degree and 1 plus years experience to continue).
