Job description

We are looking for a professional, positive, enthusiastic teacher of English to join our small and friendly team. We are a growing English language school based in Minsk, Belarus consisting of 4 native British teachers. Please feel free to visit our website (link below) to get a better understanding of who we are and what we do. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in teaching English as a foreign language to small groups and have a strong understanding of english grammar. Any formal teaching qualifications or relevant university degrees will be looked at favourably.

The majority of the classes will be conversational based to mini-groups of adult learners. However, we do have some bigger groups for lower levels and some groups of teenagers. As a school, we prefer the student-centre approach of DOGME.

24 per week teaching hour contract

Salary and benefits

$1285 pcm

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Some prior English teaching experience +1 year
• Good theoretical understanding of English grammar
• Higher Education and some formal teaching qualifications would be looked upon favourably
