I2 International Institute of Education is one of the largest and most respected training centers in China. Founded in 2011, we provide international education to around 10 thousands students.

I2 is one of the first schools in China to adopt the most advanced teaching method in the world, Problem Based Learning.

17+ centers , 90+ campuses , 600+ International schools.

• 3/4pm - 8:30/9pm (can be flexible)
• 35 working hours per week (30 classes + Non- teaching)
• Each class is 40 mins long
• Students ages mainly: 3-12 years old

Salary and benefits

Base salary: 16,000 RMB- 20000 RMB per month

• Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month
• Contract completion bonus: 3000-15000 RMB
• Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1500 RMB
• Overtime pay: 150 RMB for per extra ACH
• Quarterly bonus: up to 6000 RMB depending on performance
• Round trip Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (paid with the first month salary) + 6.000 RMB (paid with the last month salary)
• Medical & accident insurance
• Paid holiday:15 days public holiday +14 days annual leave (including days off)
• Free Mandarin course
• Airport pick-up, 7 nights free hotel upon arrival, team building, birthday gift, etc.


• Native English teachers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa
• At least a Bachelor degree
• TEFL certificate or at least 2 years of experience in teaching English
• Love kids and have a passion in teaching
