Working hours & holiday: 40 hours per week, two days-off

Salary and benefits

Monthly Salary Package: up to 3500 USD (depending on your performance and experience)

• Demo Bonus: 1% of sign-up amount (our demo teachers can usually earn 150-700 USD (1000-4000 RMB/month)
• Incentive bonuses for extra teaching hours
• Contract renewal bonus: up to 1000 USD (6,000 RMB)
• Flight allowance: 1000 USD (6000 RMB)
• Settling-in allowance 2000 USD (12,000 RMB)
• Social Insurance
• Paid holidays: Christmas plus 11 Chinese public holidays (Summer and Winter vacation, one week for each)
• Welcome Package: Paid Z-visa


• Speak English at an idiomatic level
• Notarized Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 120 hour TEFL certificate (2 years experience or 2 years post graduate certificate equals TEFL) Or other teaching qualifications (or willing to obtain one)
• Must be able to obtain a clear background check
• Ability to live abroad for at least one year
• Physically fit and in good health
• TEFL TESOL CELTA Certificate
