Job title

ENGLISH TEACHER

Job description

At Max Education we teach young learners English in a fun and active way. Our classes are small (up to 8 students) and we focus on getting the students to speak and use English. Our schools are small and all the staff work closely together to get the best outcome for the student.

Teachers work between 20-25 hours per week depending on their contract and have minimal office hours. The curriculum is already set-up and new teachers are trained and paired with more experienced teachers to help them to settle in.

We are currently looking for teachers at two of our Ningxia Province schools. Ningxia Province is located more or less in the center of China and is home to the Hui people. While it was until quite recently a backwater, it has grown rapidly in the past years and is being integrated into China's high speed rail network. The people there are hearty (as is the cuisine), down to earth, and laid back.
