Given the Valtellina's beautiful alpine location, this post will be of particular interest to those keen on outdoor pursuits such as skiing, walking, climbing and cycling.

We are looking for someone who wants to become part of a successful team and who is not simply thinking of a short term position.

Our school boasts an excellent reputation due to the quality of its staff and teaching standards. We teach all ages and people from all walks of life..and we enjoy doing it. The school places great emphasis on in-house training and professional development.

As well as mainstream English courses and YLs, we also deliver specifically tailored ESP courses to local businesses.

The schools enjoy a beautiful location in the Italian Alps and are situated in the centre of the small peaceful mountain towns of Sondrio, Morbegno and Tirano in the Valtellina. The position will involve some travelling to these nearby towns (25-30mins).

Salary and benefits

We are offering an initial six month UK based contract, renewable subject to mutual consent,of a maximum of 25 teaching hours weekly (not including preparation/admin/ staff meetings time) and basic minimum net monthly salaries of 1400 euros. A settling-in allowance is paid on arrival. We also cover outward travelling expenses from the UK and first week accommodation near the school. Assistance in finding permanent accommodation is also given. The school provides free wi-fi access and in-service training

Requirements

The successful candidate will be CELTA/Trinity qualified, have at least three years relevant experience in General English, enjoy teaching YLs, and adults, have a clean driving licence......and a sense of humour!
