Job description

As a Kids Instructor, you will be responsible for:
• Teach a set schedule of kids’ classes (from age 4 to 16)
• All small groups (maximum 4 students)or one to one
• Assess student’s needs and recommend learning materials
• Do demo lessons and assessments (arranged and walk-ins)
• Plan and coordinate kids’ activities
• Support kids’ programs and marketing campaigns
• Recruit and train kids’ instructors
• Part time or Full time (can be negotiated)
• Saturday is required but other days can be added later

As a Berlitz Instructor, you will:
• Work & live in the most dynamic cities in the world
• Receive a competitive salary ranging from RMB 16,000 to 22,000
• Accommodation provided for cities other than Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou
• Up to 2 weeks hotel accommodation will be provided for Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou
• On-going support and professional development

• 12 paid annual holidays plus all Chinese national holidays
• 15 unpaid days (If necessary)
• Free package of Chinese lessons
• Airport pick-up
• Flight reimbursement up to 8000 RMB

• Internal transfer between language centers within China to experience different local cultures
• A service bonus of USD 2000 for 1 year employment and USD 5000 bonus for 2 years’ employment; could be your savings when you leave China
• Letter of recommendation and certificate provided
• Visa Sponsorship (Candidates from The US, The UK, S. Africa, N. Zealand, Canada and Australia


Native English speaker with a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year teaching experience preferred, and a TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred.
