We are looking for people who want to join our international family to work towards constantly improving the standard of education that we are able to provide. This position is suitable for those who want quality classroom experience and want to come to China not just for the rich culture and good lifestyle, but also because they want to work somewhere that invests in its teachers and has built its reputation based on quality of teaching.

Teachers are responsible for taking classes of students ranging from pre-school to adults.

Class sizes are an average of 6, up to a maximum of 10.

We are located on the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, twice voted China's most livable city.

Salary and benefits

Packages worth from 13,500 to 18,000 CNY per month

Competitive salaries, FREE accommodation, FREE training, travel bonus, FREE airport pick up, FREE Chinese lessons. Residency permit reimbursement.


Teachers must be willing to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Teachers must demonstrate they care about the quality of their teaching.

Qualification requirements -
• Bachelor's degree in any subject or higher
• A teaching qualification is not needed, but those without prior experience may be asked to first complete a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA
• Different packages are available based on experience and responsibilities, from entry-level to management
