Salary and benefits
Average monthly workload: 22 hours.
Facilitate zoom meetings
Monitor team results and processes retrospectively using digital taskboards
Moderate weekly planning meetings
Team member mentoring, assistance in understanding and implementing modern theory of system work
Has a solid background in teaching groups of adults online
Speaks fluent English and Spanish
Is a quick learner and has a high degree of digital literacy
Has strong research skills
Is passionate about systemizing and has an eye for detail
Has ultimate communication skills and Is good both at listening and speaking
