Job description
Arno is a platform that helps students get ready for the Duolingo English Test (DET). We have 200,000+ users in 200+ countries.
We offer one-on-one tutoring, and we want to expand the number of students that we support. That's where you come in! You will mainly do speaking practice with students, but you will also provide feedback on their writing assignments.
You will work closely with one of the founders, Otto. You will likely also help us build out lesson plans, exercises, and other resources for our students.
Initially, we expect you to have ~10 hours of work per week, but as we get more students, you will have the opportunity to take on more hours if you would like.

Salary and benefits
Pay starts at $12 per hour with the possibility for a raise every 6 months based on performance. We are an all-remote team that highly values a flexible schedule.
Requirements
1. Ability to meet with students from either 5.00 to 9.00 or 17.00 to 21.00 Eastern Time (i.e. New York City time)
2. Deep knowledge of English grammar and the ability to clearly explain grammar concepts to students
3. Ability to learn fast
