Job description

Zerdeli International School is seeking an experienced IELTS Instructor to join our dynamic academic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality IELTS preparation courses, focusing on all four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) while ensuring students achieve their target band scores.

Key Responsibilities:


✔ Deliver engaging and effective IELTS lessons to diverse student groups
✔ Develop customized study plans based on students’ needs and proficiency levels
✔ Administer and evaluate mock tests, providing detailed feedback
✔ Stay updated with IELTS examination trends and Cambridge assessment criteria
✔ Participate in teacher training and professional development sessions

Salary and benefits

✅ Competitive Salary: 550,000 KZT per month
✅ Lunch Provided: Daily meals at the school cafeteria

Requirements

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
✔ Certification: TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (IELTS-specific training preferred)
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years of IELTS teaching experience
✔ Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English (CEFR C2 level)
✔ Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, LMS, interactive whiteboards)
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching in Central Asia or multicultural environments

Familiarity with both Academic and General Training IELTS modules

Track record of students achieving Band 7.5+
