We are currently looking for a Director of Studies for our school in Malaga, Spain.

The role would start in February 2025.

ROLE:

Ensure the quality of our teaching and learning for MyES students, via management of resources, using the My English School method and improving the didactic standards of the center.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Responsible for the teaching team, recruitment, training and management
2. Didactic reference point for students and staff of the school
3. Management of the school timetable and the activities offered to students
4. Management of teaching and learning quality

Salary and benefits

- Competitive salary on application: Base salary and incentive scheme based on objectives reached per quarter.

Requirements

** You must be legally able to work in Spain (i.e. an EU passport holder, or a non-EU citizen with a valid visa) **

• At least 2 years teaching experience in a communicative method
• CELTA/TEFL/TESOL or equivalent
• DELTA / DipTESOL / MA in TESOL an advantage
• Some experience of training others and management (not necessarily in EFL) an advantage

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Ability to teach English as a foreign language
- Ability to use in-house IT programs
