Language Kingdom is a leading educational travel company in Spain. We run cultural and language immersion camps for children aged 7 to 14, offering fun, safe, and engaging experiences to help them grow personally and socially.


We are currently looking for passionate and responsible Camp Leaders / Counselors to join our residential immersion camps in Foz, Lugo (Galicia).


What you will do


As a Camp Leader, you’ll live with the campers and be their role model, guide, and support. You’ll supervise, engage, and motivate them during all activities throughout the day and evening.


Daily Responsibilities:





  • Lead or assist campers (ages 7–14) in a variety of daytime activities




  • Plan and run evening entertainment programs with your team




  • Organize and lead small and large group games, songs, crafts, sports, team-building, and ceremonies




  • Monitor camper behavior and support their wellbeing




  • Assist Junior Counselors in developing leadership and group management skills




  • Follow and implement emergency and safety protocols



Salary and benefits

- Fixed-term contract from 7th May to 5th July 2025 (total: 60 calendar days).

- 35 active camp days, plus approximately 25 days without camp activity for rest or preparation.

- Salary: 3,850€ gross (110€ gross per active camp day).

- Full social security coverage, including Spanish public health insurance.

- Accommodation and full board provided during the camp period.

- We may be able to assist with additional accommodation in Foz, Lugo, for the full contract period.

Requirements

✅ Requirements

- You must hold a valid NIE and legal right to work in Spain (EU passport or residence/work permit).
- C2 level of English (MCER) – native speaker competence is required.
- Experience working with children or teens in camps, youth programs, recreation or education.
- Available for the full duration of the contract: 7th May to 5th July 2025
