    Are you teaching in Italy?

I’ve read one could get a teaching contract for up to 10 months in Italy and I’d been hoping to stay a full year. However, knowing work Visas are nearly non-existent – especially for teaching English – there are’t many options.

I would be very appreciative of hearing from anyone, particularly Americans (since different rules apply based on country of origin), who’ve been working in Italy more than 90 days. Which Visa did you get, how difficult did you find the process, etc.

    Thanks so much!
