    I need help explaining what in these sentences indicates I have to choose the third person singular.

    – Their daughter ___________ to university.

    A go

    B goes

    – Nobody ___________ in that horrible old house.

    A live

    B lives

    -Everybody ___________ mistakes sometimes.

    A makes

    B make

    – People ___________ films with a good story.

    A want

    B wants
    – All the critics ___________ that film is rubbish.

    A says

    B say

    Their daughter goes to university.

    Nobody lives in that horrible old house.

    Everybody makes mistakes sometimes.

    People wants films with a good story.

    All the critics say that film is rubbish.

    Singular nouns require singular verb.
